Streaming mode

Image mode: This mode uses JPEG encoding for interactive frames and PNG encoding for still frames. It is supported by all modern web browsers.

Video mode: This mode uses H264 encoding. It requires that your web browser supports Media Source extension API. Therefore, you cannot enable this mode when using iOS, Internet Explorer or Edge.

Note that changing the streaming mode requires restarting the demo. Please wait for the demo to restart.

Bandwidth allocation policy

This slider allows you to select the maximum bandwidth allocated to streaming.

The slider value is used to modify the FPS and/or quality to insure the best user experience for this specific bandwidth.

An overestimated bandwidth allocation value will lead to congestion.
